Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates UK Standard delivery. 5-8 business days. £4.99. Free over £50.00.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bold-aura.co.uk within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
